Hi, I’m Chris — a passionate runner, full-time employee, and 40 years old. Running is a huge part of my life, and I’m always looking for ways to improve my performance while balancing a busy work schedule.
What inspired you to give Caffeine Bullet a try? Why did you feel like you needed a caffeine boost?
I discovered Caffeine Bullet at The Running Show in 2025. I was intrigued by the idea of a focused caffeine supplement tailored for endurance athletes. I needed something to help give me that extra push during my long training runs and races — especially when fatigue starts to hit hard in those later miles.
How did you find the taste and ease of use of our products? What do you typically use them for and why do you prefer them to alternative products?
I find Caffeine Bullet really easy to use, especially during races. I typically take one during my long Sunday runs or during marathons, especially when I know I’ll need a mental and physical boost. I prefer them over drinks or gels because they're compact, quick to take, and don’t upset my stomach.
How has Caffeine Bullet played a part in your journey to smash your personal bests? (this can be inside or outside of sport) How did it make you feel to smash your personal best?
Caffeine Bullet made a huge difference during the Manchester Marathon — I took one with 10K to go, and it gave me the energy and drive I needed to push through to the finish line. Smashing my marathon PB felt absolutely incredible. I was elated — that moment of crossing the line knowing I’d broken through my previous limit was unforgettable.

Thanks to Caffeine Bullet, I set a new marathon PB at the Manchester Marathon with a time of 3:42 — my previous best was 4:25. That’s a massive improvement! It’s played a key role in my running journey by helping me train harder, recover better, and push through the toughest parts of a race.
