How do Ginger Roars chews help with nausea?
Ginger Roars are made with 6 plant based ingredients, including raw Ginger. Ginger is often used as a remedy for nausea, whether stemming from morning sickness, motion sickness, or exercise-induced. This is supported by the findings in a 2016 research review that analysed multiple studies researching the effectiveness of ginger in preventing nausea.
